Cooking Class Presented by: Milette Siler, Registered Dietitian
Join the UT Southwestern Moncrief Cancer Institute and partners Cancer Care Services and Rutledge Cancer Foundation for a hands-on cooking class experience focused on fresh, flavorful summer meals designed to support your health and wellness. This class will highlight simple, realistic ways to prepare nourishing meals using healthy, smart ingredient swaps without sacrificing taste, time, or budget.
**This class is for adults ages 18 to 39 with a current or past cancer diagnosis. Each participant can bring one support person (family member or caregiver). **
Registration is required for each survivor and each support person.
