A 50 minute class composed of two main parts. After a few minutes of  
silent preparation and a spinal warm up, you will experience various  
deep stretching postures while seated or lying on your mat. Each of  
these postures are are held up to 3-5 minutes each to reach and  
release the deep connective tissues in the body and help restore their  
function. The second part of class is enjoyed lying in quiet  
stillness, called savasana, while being guided through a scripted  
meditation. This class is an excellent choice for relieving stress and  
learning how to relax your mind.  Bringing your own small pillow,  
bolster, and/or small blanket is encouraged to promote personal  
comfort and complete relaxation.
