This course will cover three topics. These topics will illustrate how strategic planning can improve your business’s success:
• What is strategic planning?
• How does strategic planning work?
• What can I do to make my strategic plan successful?
Come network with other veterans who are making the leap from the battlefields of corporate American to the battlefield of entrepreneurship.
Learn the steps required to go from where you are to where you want to be as a business owner. Share your ideas and gain valuable feedback on the feasibility and marketability of your products/services.
