History Department—Webb Teacher Workshop

The UTA Department of History is pleased to host its inaugural Webb Teacher Workshop. Coinciding with the Department's 54th Annual Walter Prescott Webb Memorial Lecture Series, this free one-day Continuing Professional Education program will provide resources, ideas, and strategies for 7th-12th grade teachers to incorporate into their classrooms.

This year's topic "Emancipation and Abolition in the Atlantic World" is ideally suited for History and Social Science educators interested in improving student engagement and performance in US and Texas history.

Participants may earn up to four (4) Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits.

Space is limited. Please register early.
