The University DEI Faculty Concerns Subcommittee is pleased to present a workshop to further promote the efforts of diversity, equity, and inclusion campus wide. This workshop training will focus on unconscious bias. 

The presenter for the workshop is UTA's Dr. Jandel Crutchfield, Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Assistant Professor School of Social Work. Dr. Crutchfield will facilitate discussions on defining unconscious bias and provide enlightening examples of unconscious bias in the academic setting. Further, this training is intended for UTA leadership and will provide deans, directors, and chairs strategies and steps for addressing and managing unconscious bias. 

Attendance is free. Light snacks will be served.
