The ANTHROPOLOGY PROGRAM is delighted to present the distinguished anthropologist Dr. Elizabeth Briody as the 2023 Termini Speaker
Dr. Elizabeth Briody is a leading anthropologist whose career in General Motors and consulting has focused on cultural change efforts. She was honored with the Society for Applied Anthropology’s prestigious Bronislaw Malinowski award in 2020. The Malinowski award is made to an “outstanding social scientist in recognition of efforts to understand and serve the needs of the world's societies, and who has actively pursued the goal of solving human problems using the concepts and tools of social science during one's entire career.” Dr. Briody is the founder of Cultural Keys. Her recent publications include Cultural Change from a Business Anthropology Perspective (2018) and The Cultural Dimension of Global Business (2017).
