Learn how to safely handle wood on a table saw to create cross cuts and rip cuts. Participants will also learn how to use a fence and an outfeed table. Successful completion of the Shop Safety Orientation training and a signed liability waiver on file are required in order to participate in this training.

Space is limited; participants are welcomed on a first come, first served basis.
At this time, only current UTA students, faculty, or staff are permitted to participate in these trainings.

Please remember to dress appropriately for all other trainings (closed-toe footwear (not ballet flats), long hair tied back above shoulder height, no jewelry or dangling or loose fitting clothes).

Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) will be provided.
