Are you feeling too stressed and have a negative relationship with anxiety? Then please join UTA Counseling and Psychological Services for the four-week drop-in Skills Building Group for Anxiety and Stress starting Monday, March 18, at 3 p.m. You’ll come away with some evidence-based strategies for anxiety and stress management and engage with other UTA students. No registration is needed for this free drop-in group, and it is not required to attend all four weeks to benefit.
