This workshop focuses on the importance of having visibly proud LGBTQIA+ faculty and staff at UTA. Topics discussed will include self-advocacy, radical self-acceptance, and allyship. A portion of the workshop will allow for participants to identify solutions for various scenarios that affect LBTQIA+ faculty, staff, and students.
