Join a workshop geared towards improving the awareness of engineering in the classroom and motivating high school students in to the field. This workshop is for teachers in the Research Experiences for Teachers (RET) Summer program for STEM teachers. The principal investigator of the program is Dr. Nur Yazdani.

The overall objective of the UTA RET is to engage high school pre-service and in-service STEM teachers in hands-on summer research experiences with faculty and student teams, enhancing their ability to teach curricula consisting of engineering topics with the long-term aim of increasing student interest in and pursuit of engineering degrees or careers.
