Join CAPS at the UTA planetarium for "Mindful Moments Under the Stars" on Tuesdays September 12th--November 14th, during Fall 2023.  Learn mindfulness and practice meditation to effectively manage stress, while enjoying the beauty of the UTA planetarium. 

Open to all UTA students, faculty and staff. No registration is required.
