The Office of Talent, Culture, and Engagement is launching the MavsSupervisor Success Program in April. This program equips leaders with the tools, knowledge, and connections to accelerate the transition into a supervisory role. Eligible full-time employees will benefit from the cohort structure that fosters participation, collaboration, creativity, leadership skills, and a sense of community. 
Open to UTA full-time leaders in a formal supervisory role with at least one full-time staff direct report. The program requires supervisor approval to participate.
