Join us in the Central Library to perfect your chili just in time for the annual Homecoming Chili Cook-Off. You'll learn how to make a base for your chili and the basics to what creates the flavors we love. Do you like it fiery hot or mild with bold taste? Do you have strong opinions on whether beans belong in chili? Do peppers and tomatoes get you excited? Do you have what it takes to make the ultimate pot of chili?
