 A Pulitzer Prize-Winning Comedy!
Elwood P. Dowd insists on including his friend Harvey in all of his sister Veta’s social gatherings. Trouble is, Harvey is an imaginary six-and-a-half-foot-tall rabbit. Playwright Mary Chase won the Pulitzer Prize for this delightful and insightful comedy about seeking happiness, identity, and acceptance of those who are different, and courtesy towards others in our everyday lives. This is the 75th anniversary of the play’s Broadway opening which ran for nearly five years. It has been revived frequently, made into a successful movie, and is performed regularly throughout the world.
