Group Exercise - Strength & Conditioning

This is a full body workout designed to work on your strength, ignite your muscles and build solid power. It will focus on using added resistance and body weight to strengthen muscles and increase muscular endurance.  Our priority is to deliver a fun, safe, and effective workout but to also move our bodies and have fun.
