Group Exercise - Pilates

The Pilates Method is a full-body conditioning program that develops deep abdominal and back strength, together with increased flexibility and ease of movement.  This class is aimed at “core stability,” designed to work on lengthening muscles to help tone and strengthen muscles, using breathing to enhance relaxation.
