About this Event
The average American does not get the minimum amount of fiber needed each day. As a result, there is an increase in digestive issues, chronic conditions, and obesity. The importance of fiber has not been emphasized enough. What is fiber? What are the different types? How much do we need? What happens when we don’t get enough? What food are they found in? This presentation will provide practical tips to improve your fiber intake throughout the day.
