About this Event
Coffee, tea, energy drinks, oh my! The life of a college student normally means long hours and many all-nighters. As a result, many college students resort to caffeine to help them through their day. With so many people consuming caffeine, the question rises on if it is safe to be drinking caffeine or is it ideal to avoid it altogether. We will be discussing caffeine, what is it, and what it does to the body. By the end of this presentation, you will know if you should be avoiding caffeine or if you can use it in your routine.
