 l.\n\n \n\n \n\nPresenter Bio: Stacie Ellis\, PhD\, RDN\, LD\, is the Regi
 stered Dietitian at the University of Texas at Arlington\, where she provi
 des nutrition consultations and education for the students and staff on ca
 mpus. Stacie is the proud owner of EXCELLIS Nutrition\, a company geared t
 owards performance nutrition\, weight management\, disordered eating\, and
  medical nutrition therapy.  Stacie serves as a consulting dietitian for W
 ellness Concepts and Health Fairs Direct. She has been interviewed with PB
 S News Hour\, Women’s Health Magazine\, The Oak Cliff Documentary\, and 
 Texas Metro News. Stacie graduated with her Doctoral degree in Nutrition w
 ith a minor in Kinesiology at Texas Woman's University and she also comple
 ted the Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management Program on June
  4-6\, 2015.
