The Career Development program starts with training through the FDM Academy, led by our expert training team, to get you job-ready in 6-14 weeks. Choose between our business or technical pathways and explore a diverse range of roles, such as Project Management, Business Analysis, Software Development, and Technical Operations. After successfully completing your training, you begin your career journey as an FDM Consultant with one or more of our multi-national clients across a range of exciting industries, including banking and finance, energy and healthcare.
