About this Event
This fall, the Virtual Clinic (PEERS) is offering a free four-week virtual peer support series for UTA students focused on Mindfulness and Resiliency. The series is designed to help students build awareness, practice stress-management strategies, reflect on balance and boundaries, and develop habits that support ongoing wellbeing.
The four session topics are:
Week 1: Mindfulness and Resiliency
Awareness: What is happening in my mind/body?
Week 2: Mindfulness Strategies: Anxiety and Depression
Regulation: What helps when stress and anxiety rise?
Week 3: Life Balance: Burnout, Boundaries, and Self-Care
Integration: What patterns, pressures, and habits affect my balance?
Week 4: Sustaining Wellbeing: Spotting Joy and Gratitude
Sustainability: How do I sustain wellbeing and continue to practice these skills?
Sessions are fully virtual and will be offered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, at 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. Attend the day and time that works best for you! We recommend attending one session each week of the series to get the most out of this resource.
The series is open to all UTA students and begins Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026, and runs until Thursday, Oct. 8. Please register to receive updates and meeting links by scanning the QR code on the attached flyer or by using the link below:
