 database file or simply a database\, that stores data in structured way. T
 he structure makes the data in a database file amenable to efficient proce
 ssing\, including efficient insertion\, update\, deletion\, and\, especial
 ly\, access. A database is a far more appropriate data storage approach th
 an a general text file in many applications\, and it is important to know 
 how to work with databases. \n\nMoreover\, this workshop will introduce th
 e Python Standard Library module. It provides an application programming i
 nterface (API) that enables Python programs to access database files and e
