Join UTA Libraries' data experts to learn about data tools and analysis through participatory workshops this fall. All students, faculty, and staff are invited to join and learn how to apply these tools to your research and data needs.

This workshop will introduce the Data Visualization Literacy Framework and the basics of understanding chart-based visualizations.  Rubab Shahzad, Data Visualization Librarian, will go over best practices for visualizing your work with various chart options.

Please note that the UTA Libraries DataCAVE is in the Central Library Basement. The space offers 8 computers with specialized software to be used in these workshops. Attendees are encouraged to bring a laptop with software downloaded to ensure wider participation. Laptops can be borrowed from UTA Libraries Tech Lending if needed.
