Dr. Sandra Rosenbloom: Dr. Sandra Rosenbloom is one of the nation's most visible and accomplished scholars of transportation planning. Her work on older adults in transportation, as well as issues of safety and gender equity in our cities, has been widely cited and applied to projects ranging from sidewalks to international airport terminals. She is internationally known for her scholarship on the transportation and community development implications of societal trends, particularly suburbanization, the aging of society, the increasing labor force involvement of women with children, and the growth of groups with special needs. She recently served as editor of the Journal of the American Planning Association, the most influential scholarly publication in her field. She is presently a Research Professor at the University of Texas at Austin, and also serves as Director of the Infrastructure Initiative at the Urban Institute in Washington, DC.

Detra Whitmore: Detra Whitmore serves as Vice President of Administration at Trinity Metro, the public transit agency serving greater Fort Worth, Texas. She has over a decade of administrative experience with Trinity Metro, starting as an administrative assistant and working her way up to the senior leadership of a complex and rapidly-changing urban transit agency. As VP of Administration, she oversees the Administration, Planning & Development, and Customer Service departments. She also oversees the day-to-day administration of Trinity Metro, while also ensuring transparency as Trinity Metro’s Freedom of Information and Records Retention Officer. Dr. James Wood: Dr. James Wood is a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Transportation Equity, Decisions, and Dollars, based at the University of Texas at Arlington.
