Col. (retired) Tony Nadal will be giving a lecture on Military Leadership on November 4 starting at 11 a.m. at College Hall in Room 101.

He founded and directs the Wounded Warrior volunteer mentoring group that coaches and assists soldiers in transitioning from military to civilian life at Ft. Eustis, Va. 

Nadal has had over forty years of military and civilian leadership practice, study, teaching, lecturing and consulting.

Designed and created the world's largest OD program, taught leadership at US Military Academy and Army War College, responsible for modernizing Army leadership instruction. Eighteen years as VP of HR in two different manufacturing corporations, creating a model, non-union HR operation with large-scale employee involvement

Graduated from United States Military Academy at West Point, MS in organizational behavior at Oklahoma State and further education at Harvard , MIT , UCLA , U of Michigan, NTL and others.
