The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry presents a seminar featuring Purnendu "Sandy" Dasgupta, Hamish Small Chair in Ion Analysis Professor of Chemistry and Biochemistry at UTA. Dr. Dasgupta will discuss his life and illustrious career in a talk titled "Chemist, Engineer, or Tinkerer? Purnendu or Sandy? The journey of a boy from a small town in Bengal to Arlington, Texas." Refreshments will be served at 2:45 p.m. in Chemistry Research Building, Room 112. The seminar is open to all.
