We’ll discuss options for developing interactive content (e.g., quizzes, hot spots) using H5P, integrating interactive components into open educational resources via Pressbooks, and connecting the assessment results to a Canvas gradebook.

This session will be led by Steel Wagstaff, Educational Product Manager at Pressbooks. Prior to joining Pressbooks in 2018, Steel worked for more than a decade in higher education, most recently as an instructional technology consultant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he worked with instructors to improve their teaching practices and helped coordinate open education efforts across campus. He holds a Ph.D. in English and a Master's Degree in Library and Information Studies, both from UW-Madison.

This session is a component of the OER training program for UTA CARES grantees. The sessions are open to anyone in the UTA community, and an RSVP is not required.
