UTA Special Collections invites all to view a new donation of 150 maps of Antarctica on Tuesday, March 21st from 4:30 to 6:30 PM.

The maps, which range from 1598 to the late 20th Century, tell the history of Antarctica, the explorers who braved unknown dangers, and the scientists who continue to work there today.

The items were donated by NBC5 Meteorologist David Finfrock, who will be at the open house to discuss the maps, along with his passion for Antarctica.
