Richard L. Cole’s sincere appreciation for service to others was exemplified in his teaching philosophy, generous mentoring, compassion, and dedication to helping junior faculty and students succeed. Dr. Cole was a much-loved teacher, as demonstrated by the many students who have pledged to be founding donors for his Memorial Fellowship.

The annual Richard L. Cole Memorial Lecture will include a dynamic symposium in honor of his life. Our topic this year is Social Equity as a key pillar in the study and practice of public administration. You are welcome to participate in the symposium, the memorial lecture, or both.

Guest speaker is Jada Berry-James. Dr. Berry-James is an elected Fellow of the congressionally chartered National Academy of Public Administration and Vice Chair of the Standing Panel of Social Equity in Governance.

Both a detailed itinerary and a RSVP link are available through the Event Website link.
