On Thursday, April 14, UTA will host its annual Adventures in Antiquity event, featuring a return performance by singer/songwriter/guitarist Joe Goodkin.

Joe will perform a new cycle of original songs based on Homer’s Iliad, entitled “The Blues of Achilles.” The event will begin at 3:30pm in Fine Arts Building room 258.

The winner(s) of the Douglas Britt Carvey Award for best student essay(s) on a Classical topic will also be announced.
