Adventures in Antiquity

This year’s featured speaker is Dr. Sydnor Roy, Assistant Professor of Classics at Texas Tech University, who will deliver a talk intriguingly entitled, “Hesiod’s Pandora and the Challenge of Empathy.” The winner(s) of the Douglas Britt Carvey Prize for best student essay in Classical Studies will also be announced.
