Group Exercise—Water Aerobics
Exercise with a splash! This aerobics class is designed especially for those wanting to improve their health, mobility, and body composition. This low-intensity format uses water to increase flexibility, strength, endurance, and cardio fitness without the impact of land aerobics. One-piece bathing suit and towel required.
