The Murph Challenge

Come out and take part in this huge workout event in remembrance of Lt. Michael Murphy. The workout is: 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, another 1 mile run. You can modify your workout if you do not want to do the pull-ups and you can do modified push ups!
