Arnab Chakrabarty is considered one of the leading younger sarod players today. His is a journey from an investment banker in NY to being one of the youngest and more talented Sarod players on the world stage. Arnab has performed around the globe to considerable acclaim, and has contributed to several projects, including the Masters of Indian Music (Budapest 2012), Silk Road Festival (Damascus, 2010), & soundtrack of Born Into Brothels, Calcutta's Red-Light Children (Oscar winner: 2005). Arnab is presently based in Leeds, UK and performs regularly in India and Europe .
Pandit Sanju Sahai is among the very best and much sought after Tabla players of his generation & belongs to the Benares gharana (lineage), known for its deep and powerful sound - Sanju Sahai traces his Tabla lineage some 200 years back when his ancestor Ram Sahai at the age of 17 played for Nawab Wazir Ali Khan of Lucknow. Pandit Sanju Sahai has performed at prestigious venues including Carnegie Hall (New York), Sydney Opera House (Australia). Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City (USA), and at major venues in London and in
the UK,. Pandit Sanju Sahai lives in London, UK.
