Food For Thought: Hypertrophy 101: How to Optimally Program Your Workouts to Increase Muscle Mass

Muscle hypertrophy is the increase in muscle fiber size that accompanies exercise. There are many ways to induce muscle hypertrophy, but we will be looking at how to properly program your workouts to achieve the greatest amount of hypertrophy over your weightlifting career. This presentation will include exercise programming tips, nutrition information, supplement advice and much more!
